“I like the location the kindness of the staff”

“Overall a decent hotel. The place felt clean and looked as expected from the pictures. The hotel was noisy at the beginning of the night but not enough to keep you from sleeping. Early morning risers and staff were a rude awakening in the mornings. Housekeeping was excellent! However, the restaurant on sight was the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life: the atmosphere of the restaurant was off putting and had an unsettling vibe. “床不平整, 傾斜一邊, 睡起來腰很酸. 訂房時顯示有淋浴/浴缸二合一, 到了現場卻只有淋浴, 到櫃檯特別要求更換, 一開始還不願意幫我換, 我說我不能接受, 櫃台人員才勉為其難幫我換了一間. 訂房也沒有標示spa水療服務的服務時間, 結果到現場發現只到晚上九點. 我們完全沒有享受到. 浴室設計很爛, 水容易潑灑出來. ”

“It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on……
