“洗澡水不熱 只有花灑沒有蓮蓬頭很怪 浴室加熱棒不開 反應說八點半會開 卻直到隔天八點半也沒有 房間外面有臭味”

“The proximity to the mall next door and shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. After an exhausting few weeks of travel, this made it easy for a long flight home the next day. Room overall was good but the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. It was not very well lit and even the bathroom tap had more pressure than the shower head. ”

“服务、早晚餐都很赞。免费停车，是驾车出行游览罗马的理想选择。位置虽不是中心，但是除自驾外也可选择酒店的接驳班车或公共汽车到达附近的地铁站乘坐地铁到市中心。”

“距離機場近, 跟市區交通的連接也可以。附近食肆選擇也幾乎沒有。因較低層, 早上繁忙時間外面車聲比較嘈吵。但前台員工的服務及回應不錯。算是性價比高又舒適的酒店。”

“床不平整, 傾斜一邊, 睡起來腰很酸. 訂房時顯示有淋浴/浴缸二合一, 到了現場卻只有淋浴, 到櫃檯特別要求更換, 一開始還不願意幫我換, 我說我不能接受, 櫃台人員才勉為其難幫我換了一間. 訂房也沒有標示spa水療服務的服務時間, 結果到現場發現只到晚上九點. 我們完全沒有享受到. 浴室設計很爛, 水容易潑灑出來. ”

“It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on……
