“We had a fantastic stay at this property. The room was clean and comfortable. Communication with the front desk was great, we received multiple emails prior to our arrival with check in, property, and parking information. The property is located just a short walk from Cuba St. so there were tons of shopping and dining options located within walking distance. “The conditions of the room is far from satisfactory. The blind in one of our rooms was broken and I could see dead bugs on the blind. The water pressure in one of our bathrooms is not high enough so we couldn't have a proper shower in the bathroom. The water would become cold near the end of the shower. We informed the staff of these problems and they took care of them immediately. The overall experience was good, though.”

“Called the night before arr to book a car park..the night manager said that he penciled me down for the last car park (20 nzd per night). Arr the next day, after 4 hours of driving.. the receptionist said the car park was fully booked and my name wasn't on the list. Was not happy abt this experience at all.. There were little pieces of rubbish on the bathroom floor when we enter the room. However, the breakfast was good.”

What a pleasure stay!

"It was such a pleasure stay! We were staying with connecting rooms - newly refurnished, nice and clean! The bed was super comfortable ! The waterfront view looking out from the window was a bonus! The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful - offloaded our luggage’s & delivered them to our rooms straight before we got in the rooms! Will definitely come back!"
