“My family (7 people aged 16-68) stayed here on our first visit to Rome. The property was easy to access and the manager was always accessible. The check-in was quick, and they were flexible with our arrival time. There was plenty of space and bathrooms. The kitchen and courtyard had plenty of space for us. The location is excellent with easy access to the historic city center, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around.
