“Our family visited beautiful Rome for our wedding in June 2024 and our stay at Villa Anton Silj was a major disappointment. Upon arrival, we found two out of three air conditioners broken with temperatures reaching 38°C. Three of the 20 beds were just living room sofas in a room without curtains. The houses and kitchenware were dirty, and we had to gather utilities from all three kitchens to cook a meal. We asked for breakfast at 20 euros per person, a total of 400 euros per breakfast for 20……

“We had such a great time at Stefani’s home. We had been in Europe for 3 weeks with our 9 year old and this was the perfect place to relax for 5 days before we headed home to the states. The pool and home were spotless and we loved the location away for the crowds of Rome but close enough (30 min) drive to colosseum and all sites in Rome. Renalto was also amazing and always available. Highly recommend! We look forward to returning with more friends and family.”

“I booked this property for a weekend in October 2024 for 14 adults for my birthday celebration. The host arrived at check-in time and gave us an introduction and tour, and made sure we were able to contact him. The house is as advertised in the photos and description. We had a few small issues which were resolved by the host. The location is good, but be prepared to walk as nothing is real close, and it's on the top of a hill. “Our stay at your incredible Villa was the highlight of our family trip! First of all, the beautiful accommodations for the 12 of us were so perfect. As we ranged from 14 to 85 years old- the rooms we had seemed destined for our own individual needs. Our room was perfect. Having both a separate and common entrance was a great unexpected perk! “Wir haben es sehr genossen in dem gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus eine Woche zu verbringen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Garten war sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Die Billardplatte im Keller war täglich über Stunden in Benutzung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Die Wege zum Meer und zur Eisdiele waren sehr kurz. Rundum hat es uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen.”
