“Owner is easy to get ahold of. Just translate your request into Italian (GROK AI works great). We had a car so getting to the property and getting out to explore was easy. If you take a train, you will need a cab to get to places like Lake Albano or Castel Gandolfo - Pope's summer residence. Many wineries within 10 km with many great cooking and tasting packages. We went to Minardi Frascati Vineyards for a wine tasting and Farmhouse lunch. Great experience as we got to meet the owner, Umberto……

“We chose this peaceful and spacious apartment to be near Ostia Antica before flying back to the United States. Ostia Antica is amazing and a definite highlight of our Italian holiday. Our host supplied a nice bottle of wine, snacks and breakfast provisions. The town of Fiumicino is lively with plenty of bars and restaurants. We loved visiting with the cat on the porch. Thanks again for a great stay. ”

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Loretta‘s apartment. It was very spacious and we loved the terrace. The location was good about a 10 minute walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to an area where there are lots of restaurants and bars. That’s fine for us because we enjoy walking around The area where we are staying at. My only recommendation would be to PLEASE get a new mattress for the main bedroom. We could actually feel the springs and it was very uncomfortable for both our backs. ……
