“Good and efficient communication before checking in. They arranged a check-in agent to meet us on-site. The closest metro station is Vittorio Emanuele, but we had some extra walking from Roma Termini station (about 15-20mins while carrying luggages), so as to avoid chaos in the metro in Rome. Just a few minutes walking distance from the Colosseum. We felt safe to walk around in the neighbourhood at night. We booked a one-bedroom apartment (with a sofa bed in the living room). “Nice apartment and friendly staff. Good location, most sights can be reached on foot like colosseum, Termini train station, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. The surrounding was quiet and convenient, you can easily find supermarkets, bus stop, restaurants. The apartment had towels, shampoo, and washing machine. We were asked to clean the dishes and throw the garbage ourselves. Overall, we like our stay in Rome.”

“Newly furnished in a central location. Bed a little too soft for us, and more hooks to hang towels and toilet papers would have been nice. Had some trouble learning how to use the electronic appliances since no English manuals were available. No reception desk so communication with staff was always remote, although he generally responded within 10-20 minutes — ok with us but not ideal in case of emergencies. In general a pleasant stay. “The amenities in the apartment were great. 2 outdoor, covered dining spaces, a full kitchen with Nespresso machine and everything needed to cook a meal. Spacious rooms were a big plus when traveling with kids. Host was super responsive.”

We were four adults staying at this apartment and it worked for us but was a little tight to move around. Easy to walk and see all the sights and train station next door to get to the airport after our stay. ”
