“When we came to the 'reception' to gain access to the property, we were advised that the unit was not available because it had already been taken (?!) and we were being given a 'suite' in the same building as the reception. The problem was that this was nowhere near the sea. Rather than 20 steps, it was an hour's walk away on mean suburban roads largely without sidewalks. The switch in location also caused headaches for a taxi pick-up to the airport that had already been arranged for the……

“My wife and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay. Surrounded by grapevines and a majestic view of Orvieto! We also had fun doing the cooking class in which we made pasta and cookies. Sampled the vineyards amazing wine while we ate our meal from the cooking class. ”

“Absolutely fantastic...could have stayed on and on! This was our third stay as a family at this superb house and we will be back again for sure. The house has plenty of space - more than enough for four adults and we wished that we had invited some friends too! As usual, Maria Cristina and Luca were the most wonderful and considerate hosts with excellent communication and, as expected, a the property was beautifully presented. We came back again without hesitation as this house is perfect……

“We stayed at the other property at Mon Domini, though we originally booked the cottage. There was a mix up and Livia upgraded us. The other property was so nice a full one bedroom, one bathroom downstairs apartment with a huge patio right in the middle of the olive groves. The purpose of our visit was genealogy in Cupra Marittima and this was just a few minutes' drive down the beach. We cooked dinner in the beautifully appointed kitchen each night and enjoyed the view. The winding drive was easy……

“Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche in der Ferienwohnung. Das Objekt ist sehr sauber und gemütliche eingerichtet. Durch den kleinen Gartenbereich direkt vor der Eingangstür konnte man die Zeit sehr entspannt auch im Freien genießen. Der große Pool der für die Gäste bereit steht lässt keine Wünsche offen. Fabio hat uns sehr herzliche Empfangen und uns sehr schöne Ausflugstipps gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank”
