The property manager is very helpful and purchased groceries before arrival and organized a private boat tour that was fantastic. The small town of Concha dei Marini is perched above the villa and a bit tricky to get to but beautiful and welcoming with a lovely restaurant and grocery. “Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, das Haus war sauber, alles nötige vorhanden und eine sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Netterweise stand frisches Obst und eine Flasche Wein für uns bereit. Ein ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass die Küche und die Bäder schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, aber sonst fühlten wir uns sehr wohl”

“Excellent location in Praiano -steps below the beautiful church, with a wonderful view of Positano. Lovely little restaurant up on the main road, easy to take buses to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. We were able to take a boat tour to Capri from the Praiano Beach. Bedrooms overlooking the Mediterranean!. My only caution would be that the lower level with one bedroom and kitchen had a damp mildewy smell. But the upper level with two bedrooms was perfectly fine. Wonderful balcony with loungers and……

“We were an adult family group of n Sicily for the first time and Villa Consiglio was the perfect place to explore from. The Villa, pool and its many terraces enjoy views towards Palermo and Cefalu which could be easily reached by car or train. The villa was quiet and away from the centre but just a few minutes to the town by car. The owners went to great lengths to welcome us and Carlo was always available to deal with any questions, to guide us to the villa and run us to the train station.……

“Très agréable séjour en Sud Sardaigne à une période particulièrement calme (début mai) sans afflux touristique. Un pur moment de soleil, de couleurs, de senteurs printanières. Les plages sont exceptionnelles, les Sardes très accueillants, Cagliari magnifique.Nos hôtes Enrico et Gi sont adorables et très à l'écoute. Le gîte était très propre, bien équipé et le jardin aux senteurs de jasmin est un enchantement. Une télévision connectée, pour voir Netflix par exemple serait un véritable bonus”
