“住过的比较奇怪的酒店，有多人的宿舍房间，也有单间的，别墅改的，硬件还不错，厕所洗刷间很别致卫生，但是找不到服务人员，没有前台，什么事情都是通过电话邮件，实话说airbnb服务也比这强啊，价钱不贵，性价比还算高”

“The person I spoke to on the phone was not able to give either good directions or a good explanation and advice on transportation options - and hung up on me. Lousy customer service in that respect. The Facility itself was lovely, and we were treated well while we were there. ”

“早餐服務人員只有一人，導致餐具不足，食物補充太慢。房間水量太小，熱水不足，忽冷忽熱。飯店離地鐵站近，步行約200公尺。”

“Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la estación de metro Manzoni y de Roma Termini. El barrio es tranquilo, con tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes tradicionales. La parte del lobby y area comun esta bastante basica pudiendo estar mucho mejor con muy poco. Las chica de staff que me recibió muy amable. La cama basica para poder dormir, desgraciadamente al ser un hostal debes estar preparado a que tal vez no tengas roomies conscientes de que estan en un espacio compartido. Desgraciadamente me tocaron……

La camera è confortevole e pulita,il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this excellent hotel that fully deserves its 5 stars. The room was spacious and the round bed absolutely fantastic. Staff were beyond helpful in every respect. It was a sweet touch with Easter cakes in the room, small chocolates in the evening and even a flower with our breakfast. The only somewhat negative aspect was the lack of shower cabin in the bathroom, the shower being linked to the jacuzzi set-up which was useable but not that practical nor comfortable. ”
