“佛羅倫斯單人房衛浴共用離中央車站跟聖母百花教堂都近，走路不用五分鐘。不過要到櫃檯需要先爬三四層的旋轉樓梯，沒有電梯，如果帶行李箱的要考慮一下。房間不大而且與外面馬路的隔音不太好，有熱水壺跟洗臉台還有書桌在房間。”

“我到佛羅倫斯的時候運氣不太好.遇到都是濕冷的天氣.好不容易到了飯店.該怎麼說呢 ,他就是古色古香,這也就罷了,因為提早到達房間還沒整理好,所以飯店原公告知我們先將行李留在行李房等到房間準備好他會替我們拿到房間.所以我們先到外面逛.飯店很方便,不管是要走到百花大教堂.走到火車站,走到文藝復興百貨都很近.但是回到房間後真是大傻眼,一來行裡還沒拿上來(還是我們再下樓問過他才姍姍來遲)接著房間的溫度悶到不行.打電話反映他說冷氣無法使用.叫我門打開窗戶.窗戶打開了更傻眼,樓下在施工..後來因為人很累房間悶就當很溫暖好了,.趕快到浴室洗澡....因為淋浴間是半弧型的.根本她的淋浴拉門有跟沒有一樣.洗完澡出來整個外面都是水還差點滑倒.最後好不容易躺到床上了,,,床老舊到不像話.發出聲音不說,我先生一個翻身我還以為我是躺在水床上整個人被顛起來,我想我不會推薦這間飯店”

“The hotel location is convenient and close to most scenic spots. The staff, Fabricio and Leonardo, are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and cozy. They provided us an iPad to use during our stay, which is very useful in our trip. The complimentary tea and happy hour also brightened our trip!”

“We loved our stay at this hotel! We spent three nights and saw so much of Florence. The room was clean and comfortable, they restocked the tea tray every day and even provided extras for milk and sugar etc. in the main reception.
