“The staff were absolutely amazing. Very kind and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze and they also provided an electric kettle for us to use in our room. Only complaint was the walls were a little thin so we were able to hear when our neighbors were up and when they were in the hallway.”

“Fantastic top floor apartment in medieval building just beyond the Palazzo Pitti on the quieter side of the Arno. There's a cafe and a supermarket nearby, a very popular pizzeria and Santo Spirito 5 minutes away and the heart of the city is just 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of 5, great cooking facilities and a neat and tidy bathroom. We'd definitely stay there again if we return to Florence. ”
