“Air conditioning was not working so we had to leave the windows open at night to cool off the room. The area was very noisy until late at night and then again early in the morning. Other than that the room itself was comfortable, clean, spacious enough. It was close to all the major sites and restaurants. The staff were wonderful! It was also close to laundry and the train station!”

“距離中央車站很近，走路只要3-5分鐘。 每個房間都有自己的特色，這次我們住在black&white房型，很大，而且廁所居然有地暖，有每天自選早餐送到房門口，醒來就有好吃的早餐，推薦他們自製蜂蜜，很好吃，房間唯一小缺點是浴缸沒有乾濕分離很容易潑濕地板。 服務人員都很nice，很樂意幫忙， 老闆也很熱心，推薦了我們一些當地值得去的景點以及在地美食，其中包括超好吃牛肚包小販，而且還幫我們預訂了一家百年老店餐廳，超好吃！ 我們也嘗試在老闆新開在民宿的小巧餐廳用餐，一人30歐元，嘗試了義大利傳統料理，味道不錯，但實在不適應硬式的義大利麵 離開的時候，老闆還送了我們一張小卡跟小禮物橄欖油，要是送蜂蜜就更棒了”

“室內陳設及佈置非常賞心悅目，可以同時使用密碼及鑰匙的房門設計也非常棒。 設備/設施與服務如果也能夠一樣受重視應該會更好。 例如浴室電熱毛巾架是沒有啟用的，又或者只有特定時間會作動，空調有時無法被調整。工作人員較少，不易得到即時協助。”

“Was a great location, about a 20 minute walk from the train station or a bus stop right in front. Its a huge spiral staircase to get to your floor, which wasn't an issue for us. Didn't hear a thing from inside or outside except for on the last night whoever was above us had their alarm going for an hour straight, but we were getting up shortly anyways. Very walkable to either side of the river, we took a bus a couple times and then just went on foot for everything else. Storage lockers in……

“Vacation for a family of 5. The apartment was nice. The only downside was poor communication. I contacted them per their instructions a week before our arrival with our information and was told we could drop our luggage early. When we arrived in Florence, I sent a message via Whatsapp 30 minutes before getting to the apt. (per their instructions), but never heard back. Arrived at the apt. and sent another message with no response, so found a storage facility, dragged our luggage there, paid 33……
