“This is a lovely spot just off the Ponte Vecchio. I would have given this property 5 stars except there are two things to be aware of: 1) If you have a car, you need to park in one of the garages that are between a .1-.3 mile walk away. You also need to make a reservation on your own at the garage. We were not able to do this because the reservation needed a plate number. When we arrived the garage the property recommended was full. Thankfully, they were able to send us to another nearby……

“We absolutely loved the location, the space provided, and all the homey touches. We really enjoyed using the handmade soaps and all the extra sweet amenities. We would definitely stay again if we ever make it back.”

“After a stressful flight cancellation we arrived on a Monday afternoon and all of our stress instantly disappeared when we arrived. The house is beautifully decorated and very cosy. It’s very clean and we felt really comfortable and safe. Ginevra was so welcoming and pointed out places for us to visit and we enjoyed all of her recommendations. “So disappointed with this accommodation it had the potential to be a great experience. But the air conditioning did not work at the height of summer and the communication with the company was bad and not helpful. A big disappointment for the money paid.”

“Great location near our son in Florence. Emma was very respnsive when we could not get hot water and told us to fix it. I would recommend and stay here again.”

“The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest……

“Very convenient and easy to find location. We had a flight out the next morning and this property was very close to where you catch the train. There were plenty of restaurants, shops & restaurants in the area as well. Beautiful view across the river was a short walk away as well!”
