I enjoy the stay so so much! a warm welcome by the front staff during the checkin. lovely room and around 10mins walk from terminal. not too near and not too far. outside is bus station / train station, but I do enjoy the Florence walk instead of taking any transportation. “在欧洲来说，住宿环境算好的了。简洁时尚，住起来舒服。早餐很美味。地段离火车站有的距离，大约要走15分钟。但只有找对方向，一条路一直往前走就可以到酒店。而且佛罗伦萨其实很小，想要去哪里，走路就可到。所以住在这里，出行还是方便的”

“Night Manager Giovanni was warm, welcoming and informative. The other staff were also friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Room was very clean, good size. If one must pick a bone, the toilet seat was not the most comfy but it works.”

“The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze.”
