“The location is great, just near the old bridge, and quiet. There is a good restaurant just around the corner. No breakfast but we can cook in the kitchen and the room is big with 2 bedrooms and a living room, and upstairs space with 2 single beds...perfect.”

“We had such a wonderful stay here. A gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location, easy to walk to all the main attractions. The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The best part is the style of the hotel, it is absolutely gorgeous and mixes traditional upmarket Florence with homey. We will absolutely be coming back next time we’re in Florence. I will be recommending to friends and family coming to Florence. ”

“Was a great location, about a 20 minute walk from the train station or a bus stop right in front. Its a huge spiral staircase to get to your floor, which wasn't an issue for us. Didn't hear a thing from inside or outside except for on the last night whoever was above us had their alarm going for an hour straight, but we were getting up shortly anyways. Very walkable to either side of the river, we took a bus a couple times and then just went on foot for everything else. Storage lockers in……

“意大利全程最贵的一家酒店，和四季价格差不多了，位置很好，在老桥旁边。一开始感觉都很不错，包括酒店位置服务之类的。但是，最后一天早上退房后，中午在威尼斯收到了酒店的扣款，说是其中有个房间有消费酒水和小食，扣费前没有收到任何的邮件和电话通知，要不是设置了扣费自动微信提醒，自己都不知道被扣费了。立即询问同行的朋友，他们表示绝对没有消费，一定是弄错了。当下就给酒店打电话，来来回回折腾了很多次，体验感很差，这个级别的酒店不应该出现这种问题。”
