“We are a family of 4 who had the pleasure in staying at the Fornace Suites. The staff is very friendly. Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. Lighting could be a little better in the bathroom but the weather was hot……

“This was such a great apartment especially as I was traveling with my dad, we could have separate bedrooms and nice area in the living room to hang out during some rainy times. The kitchen was wonderful to have and made doing some light snacks and coffee/tea easy. It included a washing machine which we needed on our long trip. There isn’t a dryer but in the closet we found a drying rack which worked fine for us. The staff were really responsive to messages (used WhatsApp) and were punctual to……

“Of a wonderful trip to Italy this was an extreme disappointment. We had multiple problems with the apartment which started out with no one there to let us in. Multiple people sending messages they would arrive in 10 min but no one turned up for 90 min as we wait outside. No toilets provided, lights kettle did not work as the plugs different from the wall. The host simple told us to go and buy things as they would not help. It was very cold, damp and uncomfortable inside. Which we could do……

We stayed in July, 2022 during the massive heat wave and were so thankful for the amazing air conditioning when we came back from being tourists around Florence and for a peaceful night of sleep.
