“Beautiful room with wonderful staff! Very central location and right in the hustle and bustle of the city. The balcony was great for relaxing and watching the world go by. The clock tower was a very nice wakeup call every morning. The breakfast brought to the room was a good way to start the day. Would highly recommend this hotel.”

“The hotel really should be a 5 star hotel. We travel to Florence twice a year and could not be more impressed with this hidden gem. It is in a small private courtyard and a five minute walk to the Duomo. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are impeccably clean and the maid service is outstanding. There is a restaurant across the courtyard that we dined at twice even though we have friends that own restaurants in Firenze. We are accustomed to 5 star experiences with Ritz,……
