“The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze.”

“We had such a great stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the unique room decor. We ended up in a room That actually had 2 separate bedrooms Which was perfect as we were traveling with our college aged daughter. It was very spacious and even had a small kitchenette. Although we didn’t use it we know now for future visits. We will definitely be back!”
