“In generale il soggiorno è stato di nostro gradimento. La location è fenomenale per chi come noi è in cerca di tranquillità immersi nel landscape toscano. Consiglio il tour delle cantine con wine tasting e un pasto nel ristorante. L’atmosfera a casa Ruffino è quasi magica, ogni dettaglio nella cura del design è stato studiato. Away enough and close enough. Once you are there no need to go anywhere unless you want to. La titolare è gentile e disponibile (al checkout però abbiamo provato a chiamarla per consegnare le chiavi ma non ha risposto nessuno è abbiamo dovuto lasciarle sul bancone della reception chiusa). “Good location: The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to Santa Maria Novell station and the city. Cleanliness is ok. Only a small shower area in our room. Even though we closed the shower doors tightly, water still leaked out every time we used the shower - that was disappointing!!! The interior design of the hotel is unique, may not be everyone's taste though. Buffet breakfast was unsatisfactory - very few choices and of inferior quality. No coffee machine, guests……

"Great location that you are literally next to the duomo and the market very decent room The staff have been warm and very helpful , when we checked-out and need to get luggage 2 times that remains helpful and we continue to get flavoured water ~ Very reasonable price too"
