“Appartamento grande e pulito. Comodo. Fornito di ogni confort. La titolare è gentile e disponibile (al checkout però abbiamo provato a chiamarla per consegnare le chiavi ma non ha risposto nessuno è abbiamo dovuto lasciarle sul bancone della reception chiusa). Struttura silenziosa. Un po' di rumore dalla caldaia e dai termosifoni ma niente di insopportabile. La mattina abbiamo sentito un po' di rumori dovuti ad altri ospiti poco civili. “此酒店的客服使我非常滿意, 不論是reception或是餐飲侍應都非常有禮和專業, 食物質數高 ; 房間大和整潔舒適, 住地面的這一層就方便, 但冇景觀可言, 住一樓景觀好, 而且房間也是最大, 有衣帽間, 巨大洗手間和巨大的房間 ; 我們住得好悏意, 去這酒店一定要自駕遊, 否則都好難去到”

“酒店距离佛罗伦萨ZTL不远，步行至大教堂和米开基罗广场差不多半个小时的时间，客房很干净明亮，早餐不错，不限量，可自取，前台也热情，住了一晚，没啥可抱怨的。对自驾客来说，最合适，省缺了停车的麻烦。缺点：就是大门容易错过，如果导航要求“右转”的话，你要在前面小路马上右转，因为在向前十米就是一条有红绿灯的大道，如果你在这右转的话，就错过酒店的大门了。又要绕一圈回来了，就像我一样。”

“An amazing hotel. You won't expect you will stay at such an excellent place. Villa Carlotta is an elegant villa (yes, it is really a villa) with historical looking and modern accommodation. There are free private parking spaces within the villa. It is not far from the central Firenze. You can even walk to the downtown within 30 minutes. The breakfast is outstanding, for both food and place. We took some pictures in wedding dress here. Thank you. It is definitely one of the most wonderful places……

“The hotel offers free parking. In a 3-minute drive, Piazzale Michelangelo can be reached. The room is quiet, clean and large. The fee snacks and drinks in the happy hours added marks to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The down side is that, not only this hotel but in the most part of Italy, the existence of mosquitos. Luckily, there are electrical mosquito propellant offered in the room. ”
