“quite a new hotel with great services, well equipped and centrally located. Just 5 mins walk to a mall with a supermarket and restaurants. 8 mins walk to twin towers (KLCC), very convenient.”

“Very good location, room is nice. The restaurant was underconstruction, and we had to order breakfast everyday, and the breakfast was not good, although they provided some choices, there would be something wrong at the next morning. And it didn't taste good... I had to order grab food instead. They charged me NTD$1080 for the bad breakfast. The housekeeping didn't do a good job either, the trash was in the trash bin for five days without cleaning. The dishes were washed, but not clean.”

“We were skeptical about the stay as this is our first time staying at Somerset. It turned out everything was perfect! The location was very convenient and central, just 5 mins walk to Legoland and the medirini mall. We had the 2 room unit and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was such an enjoyable stay! ”

“女子二人旅での利用。チェックイン時に電話をかけないといけないのですがe-simからは掛けられず玄関の守衛さんが電話してくれチェックイン。 部屋に入り説明を受けた後に部屋タイプが違うことに気づき伝えると謝罪と共にスイート仕様の部屋に交換してくださいました。 担当してくれたOsmanはとても親切で不安無くチェックアウトまで本当に素敵な部屋で過ごすことができました。 備え付けのドライヤーだけが少し使いづらかったので改善していただきたいです。 駅からも2分くらいの距離。 繁華街も徒歩圏内。このプライスはお値打ち。 屋上からの夜景も最高でした。 また次に行く機会があればぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。”

“Small comfortable room sufficient for my needs. Close to Chinatown. Could get to main attractions easily. Friendly staff.”

“Everything was great! Except a small feedback, upon check in, perhaps the cleaner just cleaned up the room, so in the master room toilet there is some bits of water on the floor that did not dry up totally. That may be hazardous to cause guest to slip and fall, esepcially if there are seniors. The kitchen utensils are not enough for a bigger group of guests. Other than that, the rest are great!”

“Only thing I feel is lacking is some coffee and tea supplies. And also more towels would be good. Only 6 bath towels. Some face towels and small hand towels would be good. And some detergent pods for laundry . Water is provided so that is good. ”
