I appreciate the friendliness and politeness of the staff and security.I was able to do laundry a few times which is included with the stay, and was a big help. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thanks for a comfortable stay. ”

“The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next……

“so far so good for the room and environment. The room is very suitable for 4-5 ppl family, the space is very big. The staff is nice and responds fast through WhatsApp. The location is great! just 5 mins walk to KLCC.”
