“Very friendly staff who made the experience seamless and very pleasant. The room was of good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't hurried and was varied and fresh. We only stayed for one night but I would definitely return. ”

“酒店位置极好，离诺曼皇宫步行不到5分钟距离，员工非常热心，服务周到，提供的早餐真的是量大得不得了，怎么也吃不完。酒店装饰也很特别。只是房间稍简陋，除了床没椅子可坐，也没桌子。隔音比较差，隔壁的孩子到了晚上哭闹声，以及有人在房间大声说话，有点吵。幸好10点之后安静了。 ”
