“We loved the property! The location was perfect with easy access to restaurants, shopping and the ocean. The staff was so friendly and fun to chat with each day. We loved our room with the balcony overlooking the plaza and the sea. I would not, however, recommend getting a message at the spa. We signed up for a sport massage and got a light rub at best by someone who was clearly not trained in giving a massage. It was very disappointing. ”

“It was a clean and safe building. The parking is very tight so be cautious with what vehicle you bring. Michele is very kind and helpful with places to eat and things to see. The building isn’t super soundproof but that is run of the mill in Italy. Our only complaint was they only give fresh towels every 3 days, but that was a minor inconvenience. ”

“Room was very clean. Appreciated the included breakfast. In order to arrange the shuttle, I had to Google property to find an email to contact them as messages on Expedia had no response then they contacted quickly and arrangements were made for us. The fee was 25 euros each way to/from Palermo Airport (May 2025) which needed to be paid in cash. About 12 minutes from airport. Hostess was very nice & helpful. Good stay.”

“My sister and I spent two nights at the Bellaroto and had a lovely time. Room was light and bright and very clean. In a fantastic location in the historic area within walking distance to shopping, dining and sightseeing. Our host, Michele, was charming and gave us some great tips for restaurants and sights to see. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again on a future visit! ”

“The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, the terraces were pleasant and the sek-serve breakfast was adequate - with yummy fresh pastries too. We were able to have breakfast at 7 a.m. before leaving for the airport. The owner was very welcoming, and provided shuttle service from and to tge Palermo Airport for 30 Euros each way.. The location was great with lots of restaurants.”
