The AC is only in one of the rooms, so if they close the door they will be hot. The bathroom is open-air partial walls. Like an airport bathroom wall or so - meaning everyone will see your feet. And hear… everything. And the TV in the main room faces the door - you can’t watch from the bed. Only from the……
