“Loved the bar and staff there. The rooms are very well laid out and perfect for a shorter stay. It's a 15 minute walk in a couple of directions for metro stations from JFK and to other parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan, which was fine for us because we enjoyed the walk through the happening and lively area. We always felt safe. A shame that the roof was not open all the time as it's a missed oppty. We stayed 4 nights and only could use it 1 night as it was closed all others, and even then it was……

“The front desk guy wouldn’t let me Apply my Marriott rewards number to the reservation. The bathroom shower was backed up. The hand towels had hair embedded in it. They only gave one wash cloth for the room.”
