"Had such a good stay in Hotel Indigo. the location is fantastic, about 5 mins walk from subway and to many other places. the staff there are friendly and helpful. we asked for an early check in and they did so for us gladly with a smile. the club upstairs is also very good. we had such a good time and i will definitely book this hotel again next time!"

"The central air conditioning in the room is broken, and they placed a portable air conditioner, but it’s also faulty. When turned on, it makes such a loud noise that it’s impossible to sleep. The front desk staff were very arrogant, claiming it was our problem and that no one had complained before. That’s because the weather in New York has gotten cold recently, and that’s why we needed to use the air conditioner. They assumed it was the guest’s problem without even understanding the issue. This is not the way to solve the problem!"

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants  nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages.  Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes.   I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
