“My family and I stayed here for the weekend of my cousins wedding at Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. We are a family of 4 (with little kids, age 2 and 6) and my brother and his teenage daughter stayed with us also. This house was really great. It's VERY spacious. All of the bedrooms are a comfortable size. The house was clean and matched my expectations well from seeing the pictures. “Unfortunately, my experience at this property did not match the expectations set by the listing. Upon arrival, my family and I encountered several issues that made us uncomfortable staying. The walls were visibly dirty, the couch had noticeable stains, and the door handle to the unit was broken — forcing us to use a card to push it open throughout our stay. The bathroom was spacious and modern and it was great having two tvs. The apartment building was super safe and laundry was easy to use. The area was perfect and felt very safe with a toddler. The owner was prompt and professional with all of our questions and requests and went out of the way to ensure our comfort. The home itself was immaculately handed over to us, stocked with linens, towels and kitchen materials. The host was amazing to work with, and helped meet all of our needs. She was easy to get a hold of, and answered all of our questions. The check in process was very detailed and easy.
