“Really nice hotel but area is kinda distant ”

“抵達入住可提前check in需另付50美金。單人入住仍給兩人份毛巾組，一抵達飯店想沖澡發現毛巾有異物毛髮，還好有另一組毛巾可用，所以就沒特別通報櫃檯需更換。房間內部擺設很喜歡、窗外可以看到曼哈頓市區建築物、有廚房附餐具可使用。電視一打開居然有自己的名字，很驚喜、很用心、很喜歡。早上6:00-9:00有免費早餐。無法另外付款延後退房、行李無法免費寄放，需要寄放行李要另外支付每個行李10美元。”

“地鐵的聲音完全聽得到非常吵，甚至隔壁的聲音也聽得到。飯店唯一覺得好的是地點旁邊就是地鐵站。 浴室的門一打開外面的地板就濕了 所以浴室地板常常是濕的，你不打開浴室門是無法出去的。 ”

“The location of this hotel is great, and the transportation nearby is very convenient. However, when I booked through Expedia, breakfast was included, but I was told upon check-in that it wasn’t. It was only after I showed them my confirmation email that they acknowledged it. That said, the breakfast was very disappointing—honestly worse than what you could get at the nearby supermarket. I’d recommend not paying extra for it. Also, the hallway outside my room seemed to be under maintenance, and……

“A hidden gem. Don't stay at outrageously priced hotels in Manhattan. Instead stay here where it's just a 5 minute walk to a train station that will get you into the heart of Manhattan within 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself was lovely and I was impressed with the amount of space my and my friend had in the twin room... especially since it's New York! (our previous stay before this was in a cramped room that was half the size for almost the same price). ”

“The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable for 2 people. The staff at the front desk and in the dining/bar area were friendly, helpful and kind. We felt we got a great hotel for the price and easy to access the subway. While it seems like its not in the best neighborhood, we did not worry about saftey. Highly recommend this Residence Inn in Long Island City! ”
