“My daughter had surgery and the staff was very helpful. They extended our stay without moving us from our room. Helped tremendously. They honored our request to have big windows with sunlight etc. This was my third stay and will definitely stay again!”

“Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages.
Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically……
"The location is great, right next to Times Square. The hotel is old, and the most uncomfortable thing is the air conditioning, which is too noisy and makes it impossible to sleep. I can only turn off the air conditioning and sleep in the heat."
