“We were upgraded to the Dorothy Palmer suite, whilst in some aspects it required updating and could do with a fridge in the room, overall a good hotel. The food and drinks were extremely expensive and the food repetitive. I was disheartened that the bar shut at 10pm on a few days so after a show we could not relax in the bar to finish the evening off. Annoyingly to us they put a 18% gratuity onto the bill and also a space for additional gratuity, it took away the how happy with the service……
