“Everything was awesome!!! The grounds are incredible and so many places to walk around. Every single person of the staff was incredible. “We were blown away by the beautiful accommodations and the courteous and professional staff. Their on site restaurant was outstanding. When the staff saw that my companion was ambulating slowly with a cane and in visible discomfort, someone had met us outside the restaurant with a golf cart so she wouldn't need to walk back to our room. That was a real godsend. We greatly look forward to staying there again!”

“The property is a short walk to town and very easy check in. We stayed in room 103 it was a 2 bedroom, clean and the couch and chair were comfortable. Decor was fine. The Shower needs a gut job (although pressure and temp were fantastic) and some of the ceiling tiles need to be replaced. The beds were way too soft on the bunk beds and there were absolutely zero dressers to store our clothing. Strangest thing. If I was there skiing for a week I would have been really upset but we were only there……

“Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nice that there is a bar and restaurant right on the property. Bed was VERY comfortable. Beautiful view of the river from the sliding glass doors that open to the private deck with table & chairs.
Price is reasonable, room was very clean, but could use updating a bit. Heat register in bathroom was rusty as was the towel rack. Sliding glass doors in the back out to the 1st floor deck could not be locked, but this wasn't a high crime area so that did……

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages.
Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes.
I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "

"The hotel does not provide free parking. The hotel fee is $202, and the parking fee cost me $110. Don't come if you drive. There is no mobile phone charger. Everything else is good."
