“The good- the condo is new in a lovely hotel and in a lovely area. Pretty surroundings, fun restaurants nearby. Was a great set up for spending time with friends. The problems-The host was totally non responsive after we paid. We were unable to obtain checkin instructions despite several attempts to secure them. The place was not clean when we arrived. The bed was slept in( the towels and soap were used; the toilets were dirty; there were dirty dishes and the coffee pot was not cleaned.……

“This condo was exactly as pictured and the balcony views overlooking the beach were amazing. The space was really thoughtfully designed despite the square footage with pocket doors, plenty of added closet space for hanging clothes, and enough counter space for food prep. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely little space.”

“The place was lovely and well appointed.. Beds were comfy. The spiral staircase was a bit tight to maneuver but location was perfect. It was a great spot for us, close to family in Sound Beach and Miller Place.”

“This is a very cool property rich in history with an awesome view directly on Lake Erie. We stayed an entire month & it was very accommodating for long term stays. We stayed in the large 2 bedroom apartment upstairs. There is also a smaller 1 bedroom apartment upstairs which we saw and was very cool as well. Any issues we had were addressed promptly by the property owner who was charming. The listing does state that there is a tennis court on property but if you are planning to play tennis, it……
