“The cabin we rented was a nice space for a few days. The premium cabin fit my family of six nice and snug. I liked that the campground had a camp store for when you need to just a few things. That was very convenient. There is a grocery store just five minutes off the property as well. Very close to Lake George Village, which was nice to be so close. “To say this stay was perfect would seem exaggerated to some but to me it seems it doesn’t to it justice! Choosing the cabin as a first time “off-grid” goer was a bit intimidating but with WiFi a few walks away and the views made me forget about that. The hot shower and the bathroom steps away was exceptional to offer on this type of getaway. “We had a wonderful stay. The property was just as advertised and the hosts provided clear instructions and directions about getting there, where to park, accessing the camp site, etc. We stayed on the overlook site, which had a raised wood platform for the tent and was warmer at night for camping in cold temperatures. Was fun to explore the swimming hole and nearby trails.”

“I’d definitely stay here again!! When we pulled up my husband thought I was crazy for booking a glamping site near someone home & my teenagers rolled their eyes at me….but we had the BEST time here!! The mini golf course was awesome, we all played as a family! Then my kids found the scavenger hunt & they were gone for over a half hour, all 3 of them together, talking & laughing without phones!! We bought super affordable snacks at the Zen Den & used the air fryers there, then we bought & grilled……

“It was such a nice place. The owners were exceptionally friendly, thoughtful, welcoming and kind. They have a very nice property with a great atmosphere. Really cool community room and fire area. Beautiful deck with good fishing and a gorgeous view. Just really loved it there ”

“Owners obviously put a lot of thought and effort into making this a lovely and comfortable place to stay. We were able to witness spectacular sunsets from the the deck surrounding our tent. Be aware that this is dark country, so a local rooster will wake you up early! Only reasons for the 4 stars above: one of the restrooms was out-of-order, so we did not get private restroom as advertised. It wasn’t a big deal, though. Also, would recommend owners mow grass more frequently as walking through……

“This was a wonderful site that I would love to visit again. The river flowing by was so beautiful. I would like to stay again when we don’t have so much rain. The river was too raging for any swimming. The only downside was there was a bit of a steep walk down to the site from the parking area, but you do have to go downhill to be near a river.”
