"I like the friendly service attitude of the hotel staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the interior design."

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants  nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages.  Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes.   I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, making our visit enjoyable. A great value for a 4-night stay in NYC!"

"The hotel does not provide free parking. The hotel fee is $202, and the parking fee cost me $110. Don't come if you drive. There is no mobile phone charger. Everything else is good."
