“The staff at the reception was not friendly”

“I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take……

“Horrible. When we got there day of for our booking. They didn’t send us a code for the door and we were locked out for hours. It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didn’t want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time. So we were searching for hours for a hotel to stay at because most of them couldn’t fit a group our size.Also the address on the booking is not the actual address it was the house……

“We thought we rented the entire property, but was half of it. expect a lot of stairs. No bath tubs but two showers. some door knobs and locks need maintenance, but overall nice clean rooms.”

“Great location, just steps from the Empire State Building and only a short walk to Times Square. The rooftop area is a real highlight – the perfect spot to take in the city lights at night, with an unbeatable view of the Empire State Building right in front of you. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. Facilities were excellent and everything was well looked after. Honestly, can’t fault the place – would definitely recommend it to……
