“The location of this hotel is great, and the transportation nearby is very convenient. However, when I booked through Expedia, breakfast was included, but I was told upon check-in that it wasn’t. It was only after I showed them my confirmation email that they acknowledged it. That said, the breakfast was very disappointing—honestly worse than what you could get at the nearby supermarket.
