“The location of this hotel is great, and the transportation nearby is very convenient. However, when I booked through Expedia, breakfast was included, but I was told upon check-in that it wasn’t. “What a TERRIBLE service! Thinking that evey facility inside the room should be working.However the bathroom light was not working, so I told the reception to fix the light. Then I waiting from 2230 to 2300, nobody came. Finally one guy came, just fix one light, another light still didnt work. They dont think to change your room while the facility isnt working well. Dont gat any apology, just got the reply we will fix the light "TOMORROW" (when you check out). Can I do the same thing to you……
