“What excited us about this property was its safe and great central location and proximity to the major attractions in NYC especially Central Park. The check-in process was straightforward. We were a party of 8 plus a small child and this property offered ample living and sleeping space for everyone. All heating/cooling units and appliances are still new. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need. Host was very easy to reach and responsive. Thanks. ”

“The property is lovely, comfortable, clean, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved being able to plug in to the monitor to work comfortably and having extra space for relaxing. You are close to both Central and Riverside Parks for great walks. Great food is minutes away, but you’re also tucked into a quiet street for the evening. Our only downside was that the AC wasn’t working and things got humid. Otherwise, comfortable and beautiful.”

“We stayed for two nights. The location was perfect for what we wanted to see in NYC (Central Park/zoo and Natural History Museum) and in a safe location. Good deal for a family of 6. Kitchen was new and clean. ”

“With the 4 bedrooms the accommodation for 9 was perfect. We were allowed to drop off our luggage early while we explored the neighborhood. Upon returning we noticed there were not enough towels for the guests however with one contact to the host that issue was resolved. The heating system had been cut off for the spring so our rooms were a little chilly however once again our host quickly provided 4 space heaters. The property manager was very welcoming, introducing herself and providing dining……

“This property was in a fabulous location. Apartment was very clean and the host was responsive. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioners in the rooms were very appreciated. We would have loved an extra hand towel or dish towel for the kitchen. Unfortunately, we ended up with a plumbing problem on our last day so we were unable to use the bathroom sink or shower which put a slight damper on an otherwise wonderful experience. ”

“My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in Manhattan after running the Boston Marathon. We wanted to stay in an apartment away from the tourist hotspots as this was our 2nd visit to the city, but close enough to the subway to easily access the must see places.The F line on the subway closest to the apartment was great as it took us uptown and downtown in a couple of stops.The apartment was a great size for 2 travellers, washing machine and dryer, great sized kitchen, was very clean.
