“Our stay in this tastefully remodeled one-of-a-kind studio apartment for 3 nights was a very positive experience. The property is in the Neighborhood of the Arts and it is within easy walking distance of an assortment of performing arts venues, several museums, fine and modest restaurants and bars. Our primary destination on this visit to Rochester was to attend a performance at the West Herr Auditorium Theatre which was just a few blocks from the apartment. We wanted to try staying in this area……

“We didn't get our original place we booked but the host was so accommodating towards us, he ended up giving us two places. We were very grateful for the extra rooms. It made our stay that much more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the place could've been better, minor things like mirrors and counter tops had smudging and looked like it was done in a hurry. Other than that we had everything we needed for one night. ”

“The place was perfect for my weekend in Rochester. Had a few days at the University Medical Center and stayed downtown. The apt was in a great location to the busses and to restaurants. I could easily walk everywhere and the river trail was also close. ”

“Enough space to lay your head between days of vacationing”

“The property is a cute little house and the actual place you stay is the upstairs apartment. There were tons of fireflies in the front yard which was fun for our kids. People live in the house below. We didn’t receive an email or text beforehand with instructions for the property and had to text the owner to ask for the code to get in. We emailed her a couple of weeks before to verify that she was aware of how many people we had with no response. She did text us the morning of our arrival to……

“Ryan was a most conscientious, friendly and considerate owner. His loft is bright, open, airy and clean. It is well insulated and quiet. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and quite large, with a terrific shower. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the revitalizing downtown area in Rochester. ”

“Wonderful place to stay with free parking in the garage across from the loft. May have difficulty if ubering, etc due to address dot on the map being on the opposite street from the residential entrance. Would recommend for any interested in Rochester or staying for business.”
