“Would happily stay here again. The loft had everything we needed. Parking was easy. Good / fast access to the city. The building was quiet. View was great. ”

“I gave 4 stars for this stay because of the check-in process. I was given two phone numbers to call when we arrived in order to be remotely let into the building. I called both phone numbers repeatedly for 10 minutes, messaged through VRBO, and left voicemails before I was able to get in touch with anyone. That was very frustrating, and I was frantically looking for dog-friendly hotels that we could stay in if no one picked up. The host never apologized or acknowledged the delay or numerous……

“The apartment was great very clean, I would suggest possibly getting a microwave, there was no way to warm up any leftovers. Could also use some more utensils, (spatula). The neighborhood although nice was a little to urban for our liking, I know marijuana is legal but the smell of it was everywhere, especially from the tenant below in the middle of the night. Lovely place just not for us older folks. Thanks”

“This renovated warehouse apartment is secure, spacious, neat, cozy, and quiet. A large couch is very comfortable and the king size bed is fantastic. The location is superb in that. It is immediately near 490 making it easy to get anywhere in Rochester. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this location to anyone.”

“The apartment was just as described. Clean, fully stocked, great location - walkable to restaurants shops. The decor was really unique and charming. Beds were very comfortable. The train does come often at times as mentioned in the listing. Great communication and friendly hosts.”

“Our stay in this tastefully remodeled one-of-a-kind studio apartment for 3 nights was a very positive experience. The property is in the Neighborhood of the Arts and it is within easy walking distance of an assortment of performing arts venues, several museums, fine and modest restaurants and bars. Our primary destination on this visit to Rochester was to attend a performance at the West Herr Auditorium Theatre which was just a few blocks from the apartment. We wanted to try staying in this area……

“We stayed for three nights on the lower level. It was very clean and comfortable. We could hear the other folks staying upstairs, but they didn’t keep us awake. The property is located off a main street, but tucked away. Easy access to Rochester and downtown Pittsford. Jim, our host was very welcoming. ”
