“Cozy home had everything we needed. It was warm and inviting. It was well stocked, with everything you’d need in the kitchen, and plenty of towels and blankets and in a central location with one space for off street parking. The host was easy to communicate with and the check in and check out process.was also easy. . ”

“This place was perfect for our annual trip to Buffalo for a Bills game!!! Apartment was very clean and comfortable!! When I messaged Carlos to see if he had a crockpot (for our tailgating prep ) he immediately purchased one and had it delivered before we arrived ! ( even after I said I could bring mine). Had a little difficulty with the security/entrance but that was more on us !! (Not super tech savvy). . He had a back up key right there waiting for us !!! Loved all the little notes around……

“Being from So Bflo, I knew that the houses where a bit dated, however, this apartment was was modern and up to date. As soon as you walk in, the apartment was warm and cozy. The kitchen appliances were new and updated. The bedrooms were just right, and the living room was very spacious so if we have guests, there was plenty of room for all.If you are looking for a small place to stay, this would be it. Everything that you might need (restaurants, convenience stores, etc) is close by.When I……

“Loved this property! It’s an older building, like all are in South Buffalo, but the charm was amazing and the size was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of street parking and friendly neighbors upstairs. Would stay again!!”

“We did not stay. The front door looked like an abandoned building. We called and were directed to the right side of the building. There wasn’t parking on site. When we got up to the rooms. The lights to the bedrooms and living area where non functioning. Only the kitchen and bath had lights. I tried to switch on a bedside light it had no light bulb. We did call and she was going to send someone to check on it. By then it was 11:30 at night. We told her we would not stay there and found another……
