“Requested additional blankets, towels. Never received text or additional supplies. No full length mirrors in the place. Only mirror, in the bathroom, not over the sink! How are you supposed to shave without making a mess. Large rip in sofa. Very uncomfortable sofa. No place to hang up coats. Also received a parking ticket for 25 dollars. No signs posted on the street at all. What am I supposed to do,get up at midnight to move the vehicle? Very deceptive practice by Niagara Falls police dept. 6……

“Great place to stay, was exactly as described and pictured. Check in and check out was easy, and the ability to do laundry for even a small price was very convenient. Only small con was the noise of the Tim Hortons drive thru every morning, but having a Tim Hortons right downstairs was a huge plus!! My family would definitely stay again next time we are in town. ”

“We did not stay. The front door looked like an abandoned building. We called and were directed to the right side of the building. There wasn’t parking on site. When we got up to the rooms. The lights to the bedrooms and living area where non functioning. Only the kitchen and bath had lights. I tried to switch on a bedside light it had no light bulb. We did call and she was going to send someone to check on it. By then it was 11:30 at night. We told her we would not stay there and found another……

“This was a perfect place to stay for us. Pretty much everything we wanted to do was just minutes away. It was clean & homey. Kitchen was stocked well with utensils & other items needed for cooking. Located in a quiet little neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly & helpful with questions we had about the area. ”
