“The lake was beautiful, and the neighbors were so kind and hospitable. The house was a little different than the photos online and wasn't as clean as I would have hoped. We still had a great time! The deck was very nice (note: you do have to cross the road to get to the waterfront). Overall, good stay for the price. ”

“My family consisting of my husband and I and three of our Adult children stayed here to celebrate a 4th adult child’s graduation from RIT. It was the perfect set up for us to be together as a family and yet still have our own space. The house is perfectly set up with everything you need. Catan and poker games were played at the large table. Sports on the TVs and the host left Fresh flowers and fruit and Cheese along with snacks and canned drinks. “This cottage has many great amenities: large bedroom, private outdoor patio space, clothes washer and dryer. This is all in addition to a nice living area, kitchen, and full bathroom. The cottage is in a wonderful location within walking distance to Sea Breeze Amusement Park, Irondequoit Bay marina/beach, and several great restaurants and bars.
