“We mainly used the house as a sleeping spot. We had a remembrance for my late wife in the area and had to set that up at a park south of Rochester. We have a lot of family in the area and had to visit with them, so we didn't really hang out in the house much during the day. The keurig was a nice accessory. We could have used more towels. There were 4 of us and only 3 towels.Having access to a washer/dryer was nice.”

“This home was very lovely with plenty of room for everyone. We were greeted with fresh baked cookies and a snack basket. The house was pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Private beach access across the street to enjoy the sunsets. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend. If you are ever in Rochester with a group, check this place out. ”

“Our family stayed for three nights for a local swimming meet that our 10yr old daughter was competing in. Tom (owner) was wonderful from the beginning. Communication before, during, and after our stay was awesome. Ken (listing manager) was also very helpful and informative during the process. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked.
