“I liked the building. It doesn't look like a residential building. Even with it being right in the middle of downtown. It's location is a quiet street on most nights. The private parking area was nice amenity. Checking in was very easy with clear instructions and locks being controlled by codes. Because there is no Elevator and apts begin on level 2. Consider your ability to climb up and down. The stay was comfortable. A/c window unit, ceiling fan and heat all helped. Bathroom door……

“Very comfortable basement apartment with full bath, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, couch, etc. We had our own separate entrance and daylight windows with lots of light. The bed was comfortable and we had great communication with the owner. Conveniently located in Victor, which worked well for us in town for a Victor/Mendon wedding.”

“Ryan was a most conscientious, friendly and considerate owner. His loft is bright, open, airy and clean. It is well insulated and quiet. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and quite large, with a terrific shower. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the revitalizing downtown area in Rochester. ”

It is immediately near 490 making it easy to get anywhere in Rochester. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this location to anyone.”

“Our stay in this tastefully remodeled one-of-a-kind studio apartment for 3 nights was a very positive experience. The property is in the Neighborhood of the Arts and it is within easy walking distance of an assortment of performing arts venues, several museums, fine and modest restaurants and bars. Our primary destination on this visit to Rochester was to attend a performance at the West Herr Auditorium Theatre which was just a few blocks from the apartment. We wanted to try staying in this area……

“We were in Rochester for a graduation and stayed at the trolley apartment. The apartment was very comfortable (especially the bed) and offered some very nice amenities (drinks, toiletries, etc). It was very quiet and peaceful. ”

“The property is in a good location. Several local restaurants within reasonable walking distance. Eastman Museum within walking distance. The property is clean with available parking. Note the bathroom is down a small flight of stairs that was not well lit at night, and the handrail on the stairs seemed lower than we expected. The lock on the bathroom door got stuck a couple of times. ”
