“Is there a mild sugar ant problem? Yes. Is it just a room in an apartment instead of the entire apartment like we thought? Yes, but you’re really not going to be spending a lot of time here anyway. There’s lots of bus stops nearby that can take you to NYC for cheap, and the VRBO itself is very cheap. You’re not paying for a hotel so don’t expect it to be hotel quality.There’s access to a fridge and to a bathroom with good water pressure and the VRBO host was very kind. “The house is very nice but upstairs apartment made lots of noise. Couldn’t find remotes for either TV in bedrooms. Not a really big issue as we basically just slept and showered there. Very steep stairs so beware of that. Front gate is very wobbly so don’t lean on it.”

“This was a good location on our trip to NYC. We didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood but we felt safe. Check-in was easy. There was not a lot of sitting room for our group of 4, but that’s my fault for not realizing there wasn’t a living room. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, but we didn’t need much during our stay. We had a hard time finding the thermostat but the owner communicated quickly. Beds were super comfy. It was a unique property that had been recently redone. We would stay……
