“It's a lovely flat with everything we needed for a pleasant stay in Palermo. The air conditioning worked well which was important as the weather was so hot. The staff were helpful in allowing us to check in early and in organising transfers from and to the airport. We had a problem on the final morning when the electricity stopped working which was difficult for awhile bit fortunately it came back on after 30 mins.”
