“We had a problem with our room, the staff were very helpful. We were moved into a bigger room, which they allowed us to stay in for the rest of our time there. The breakfast was delivered to our room, and it was delicious! Very happy with our stay, thankyou. I travelled here with my partner and 4 month old baby. ”

“The rooms are well decorated, modern, clean and tidy. Located on the 1st floor (no lift though but that's common in the old buildings) in the heart or the old town. I'd definitely stay here again. Marina was super friendly, she gave us a tourist map and circled the places to visit. Also, the tourist information center is across the road so that was a great benefit.”

“Perfect for my requirements as I spend very little time at the accommodation. It had a bed, shower and a little kitchen so I could make a snack and coffee. Hosts were excellent in both communication and welcome. As far as location goes, it couldn’t be better. Right in the centre of Historic Palermo without it. Wing complicated to find or get to. Everything if interest literally 5 to 10 minutes away. Exceptional value. If this was my property, I’d be charging double! ”
