“It was a clean and safe building. The parking is very tight so be cautious with what vehicle you bring. Michele is very kind and helpful with places to eat and things to see. The building isn’t super soundproof but that is run of the mill in Italy. Our only complaint was they only give fresh towels every 3 days, but that was a minor inconvenience. ”

“Had a great time staying here, we received great service the entire time, including in-room massages and a very long list of restaurant and cafe recommendations. The hotel is walking distance to the center of Palermo and lots of great places to eat, but options on the same street are limited. “The hotel is close to the bus and train stations, and the area is relatively dirty, but the hotel and rooms were perfectly cleaned. Electrical appliances function there barely. There is almost nothing functional. The area was also quieter than other parts of the city. The kitchen needs to be repaired and needs a little more cleaning as no one uses that part.
