“Lovely place and clean. The staff are so helpful; they're excellent and couldn't wish for better. The hotel is very well placed for The Arena/Piazza Bra as well as Piazza Erbe - lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. A short walk to "Juliet's Balcony & house". Trains to Lake Garda and beyond; the bus to other places. Very cheap and the train in particular was very reliable. Our ultimate accolade for the hotel is: We would gladly stay there again. “Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). ”

“My daughter and I absolutely LOVED Palazzo Negri! Luisa is a sweetheart and was in contact with us every day. She even helped carry our luggage up the stairs. We stayed in the Smeraldo room and it was very large, tastefully decorated and a big bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!!! ”

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”
